Background: It's a beautiful sunday afternoon
and the air balloon Cargo Lifter lifts off
with two important ministers. Suddenly one of
the passangers pulls a gun. He kills the two
Piltos and takes the ministers as hostages.
Counter-Terrorists arrive with Helicopters...
