The Citadel-Hostage Rescue

Background:Terrorist have invaded Count Rugen's citadel on the island 
           of Jersey. Counter-terrorist have moved in to rescue the 
           Count and and some of his staff.

Counter-Terrorist:Neutralize the terrorist, or return the hostages 
                  to the hostage rescue zone.

Terrorist:Neutralize the Counter-terrorist, and stop them from rescuing
          the hostages.
