Szenario:
Terrorists have taken Hostages in a poor district of Dover.
The gouvernment sent a Counter-Terrorism-Team to rescue
them.

Counter-Terrorists: Rescue the hostages. Take out any 
Terrorist you see.

Terrorists: Prevent Counter-Terrorists from rescuing the 
hostages,

Other Notes: 	There are 4 Hostages in the map.
                   	Please don't go swimming.
