Terrorists: Any special forces incursions to be repelled with utmost force.
Our objective is to catch the attention of the foreign media spotlight and shine it on our 
cause for separate independant state. 



Counter-Terrorists:  Russian terrorists have stormed the local
embassy and have retreated with a few prominent diplomats to an isolated
location just outside the city. Ensuring these diplomats saftey and rescue 
is top priority with the elimination of any terrorist threat.
