Background: Scientist decided to take a vacation to the lake.  Terrorist's show up and
take them all hostage.  Their are 8 waverunner's in the game 4 at the Terrorist's start
point and 4 at the CT's start point.

Counter-Terrorists: Rescue the hostages from the tall building and take them back to your
start point.

Terrorists: Prvent CT's from rescuing hostages from your start point.
