Background - Based on a small island on the west coast of England, Lakeland 
is a well known place for its ports. Terrorists have taken over the main
building for where goods from ferries will be stored, and have destroyed 
the goods within the building. Counter-terrorists have a mission to win
back the storage building by taking out all terrorists.

(There are no hostages in the mission)
